Outsourced CFO
Overview
Outsourced CFO is a company which provides specialist Financial Management Services to founders. Their services range from CFO services, to Cloud Accounting, to Automation Services.
They wanted to redesign their website as part of a holistic digital marketing strategy following a very comprehensive SEO audit which outlined a variety of issues on their site.
I was responsible for leading the client through the design and development of the website.
Project Outcome
After the rebuild, OCFO saw a massive leap in organic traffic (x4) with a number of key terms ranking #1 and a traffic value of over $35 000 (How much you’d pay in ads to acquire the same traffic). This was due to the site being designed and structured in an SEO friendly manner, with core services pages being built out to target specific service key words and other overall improvements.
The user friendliness and structure of the services pages also resulted in a high increase in lead generation for the business.
After the site launched, I worked as the SEO project manager and project managed the SEO team in on-going monthly work for the client. This was due to a gap in the agency team at that stage which allowed me to take charge. The monthly retainer included: Backlink acquisitions, ongoing On-Page SEO improvements through keyword research, content optimizations & general SEO consultation.
The client has been so happy with the work that they are still an on-going client after 3 years, however I am no longer the SEO project manager as I moved up into a division manager within the company.
